There are several principles that apply to running a successful business, regardless of its size. Many small business owners never receive any formal business training and are often unaware of, or even intimidated by, business management and planning techniques that can improve their companies' performance.
The goal of BC University is to teach these principles and techniques in an easy-to-understand way, in a setting that is respectful of the owners' time and budget. The course uses a "business school curriculum-based" approach tailored specifically for small business operations. Each class focuses on one of Pantheon BC's Four Pillars of Business: Management & Strategy , Accounting, Business Finance, and Sales & Marketing. Attendees will "graduate" BC University programs with practical knowledge that they can employ right away in their companies.
The BCU Business Building Blocks Program is the first of three BC University programs. Attendees learn fundamental concepts and techniques associated with each of the Four Elements that will strengthen their businesses, improve performance and increase their confidence as business owners/managers. The Business Architect and Business Mastery Programs offer intermediate and advanced level courses that build on the foundation established in Business Building Blocks. All courses are conducted in a hands-on format, allowing participants to apply the concepts learned directly to their businesses during class, with one-on-one assistance from the Pantheon BC team.
Courses are convenient and affordable, running 2-3 hours in length with tuition ranging from only $49-$89 per class. This format creates an ideal educational option for small businesses on a budget as well as larger corporations seeking efficient, cost-effective professional development options for their employees.
